E Coaching
procedure
E-training is a great resource for students that need a tuneup, but not a full rebuild of their shooting.
E-training process goes like this
1. Students submit a video for review, usually footage from a recent match or training.
a) This is easiest done by uploading your video to YouTube.
b) Email me with your name, the date, and “video review” in the subject link.
c) Provide me with a link to the video in the Email.
2. I will view and edit the video into a frame by frame analysis of what needs improvement.
a) Usually the video will be 10-20 minutes.
3. I write up a report on the summary of my findings. With notes about the issues, procedural training changes to fix problems, and specific training focuses to ensure the student gets the right stuff out of the training.
4. I collect payment when the student has had a chance to view the footage, integrate the report findings into their training, and we've had a chance to talk about what needs changing for at least a week.
Considerations
For students that need a lot of work, or that I have never worked with before, I can only work with what I see. If I see fundamental issues, I will address that as the top priority.
It is most common for students to submit match footage, but it can also be very effective to review training footage from live or dry fire training.
Pricing
Price is determined by time spent on the video and report. The service will usually range from $75-125 depending on how long it takes.
I do my best to treat all clients past or otherwise, like I am “on call” to answer questions that can help them progress. E-training is no different. If i have to cut together a video and spend significant time editing footage, i have to charge for that. If you have a quick question and video for reference that can be solved through a brief text conversation, i wont charge you for that.
